Refund Policy

We will proceed the order after the discrepancy notifies to you is resolved. However Order will not be refunded in any of the below case.

PAN Card

Note: (Only PAN Application fees Prescribed by Income Tax Department will be Refunded)

  • Photograph/ Signature of Applicant is not Proper/Clear or not as per guidelines of NSDL.
  • Incase of Tempering with the ID Proof provided by Applicant.
  • Incase of Minor, the details of Guardian/ Parents are not provided.
  • PAN Card details provided in Order are not matching with Income Tax Record.
  • Form is not Notary Attested incase of Thumb Impression.
  • Order was Placed for NSDL but had to be processed from UTI.

Income Tax Returns

  • Customer is not Answering Call/ Number Switched Off, Not Reachable.
  • Customer is not providing Income Details/ OTP.
  • Already filled, somewhere else. (A COPY OF ALREADY FILLED RETURN WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON REQUEST)
  • PAN Card details provided in Order are not matching with Income Tax Record.
  • E-Verification of ITR cannot be done due to Customer not providing/Receiving OTP or Customer`s mobile number not registered with Aadhaar.

Please note that this Refund Policy may change from time to time. We will post any Refund Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Refund Policy changes).
